Two dates, two meanings
Emails last checked: Not published by the catalog. This is the data date.
Website text last edited: Not a data verification date. This says nothing about the data.
Three different kinds of "verified"

How contact data goes wrong
It ages
Agents change firms, emails and careers between our check and your send.
Fields are blank
Not every agent publishes a phone or license number. Blanks stay blank.
People repeat
One person can have several addresses. We dedupe by The catalog publishes per-product totals. Combined selections need a custom quote; counts are never added together here.; check against your CRM too.
Licenses change
Status reflects the check date only.
Office isn't territory
Location fields describe the office address.
Inboxes are shared
Some addresses reach a team or front desk.
